RFR - Smoothies

    This section is just going to be a list of many different smoothies that we make. The recipes will tell you what to do.

 

There are no recipes! You get to play mix-and-match. All you have to do is take some or all of the ingredients below and mix them together in a blender. (We use a Vitamix 6300.) You will almost always get a different color or taste. If the smoothie looks disgusting, its not. You might have just used a lot of a certain ingredient.
