Cherry Muffins

 

  •  
  •   2 c. flour
  •   2 tsp. baking powder
  •   3/4 tsp. salt
  •   2 tbsp. sugar
  •   1 egg, slightly beaten
  •   1 c. milk
  •   4 tbsp. oil
  •   1 can tart cherries, drained


Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients. Add
drained cherries. Stir just enough to moisten dry
ingredients. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400
degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
